Job Description:You Will:Sell cleaning & sanitizing service contracts to B-B, B-C, Healthcare, Government, Education, etc in a straightforward and professional mannerExecute our proven sales presentation process while avoiding shortcuts and completing the full product demo with every potential customerSeek out new customer leads and initiate sales calls to potential customers in order to maintain sales quotasFollow up on leads from referrals, online and print advertising; seek own leads, including new referrals from customers etc.Respond to current customer’s needs as requestedPost-sale client care to ensure complete satisfaction You Are/Have:A versatile self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervisionPositive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and oralAbility to navigate sales presentations using iPad, professionally correspond with clients via email, text, phoneUnderstands the importance of daily reporting and pipeline development to the overall sales processPleasant, professional, friendly customer service demeanor is a mustDemonstrated sales experience in outsourcing/service sellingAbility to navigate & manage multiple pipeline activities through a research, education, dream fulfillment sales processWillingness to travel to cover both the Lower Mainland as well as the Island Compensation: $36- $40k base + uncapped commission + benefits.
