Day in the life:

Welcome to a day in the life of an accounting superhero! Get ready to put on your cape and conquer the world of numbers and invoices.

As you step into the office, you’re greeted by the hum of the accounting system JD Edwards. Today, your mission is to enter Purchase Order Receipts and create AP vouchers. It’s time to channel your inner superhero and bring order to the chaos of financial transactions.

But wait, there’s more! You’re not just a data-entry wizard, you’re also a master of technology. You upload PO receipts and AP invoices onto OnBase, a mystical digital realm where documents are stored and organized.

As the day goes on, you find yourself donning your communication cape. You coordinate with Non-PO invoice coding, ensuring that every expense is properly categorized and accounted for. You’re like a conductor, orchestrating the flow of information to keep everything in perfect harmony.

It’s not just about the numbers. You’re also a vigilant guardian of pending invoices. You monitor their status, making sure that no invoice gets left behind. With your keen eye for detail, no payment slips through the cracks.

And when the month comes to an end, you assist with the grand finale: month-end closing. It’s a time of reflection and consolidation, where you help tie up loose ends and ensure that every account is balanced. It’s like solving a puzzle, where every piece falls into place under your watchful eye.

Your powers aren’t limited to accounting alone. You’re also a versatile assistant, lending a hand with office administration. From organizing supplies to managing schedules, you’re the superhero who keeps the office running smoothly.

So, put on your cape, grab your calculator, and embrace the adventure of a day in the life of an accounting superhero. With your skills, dedication, and a touch of fun, you’ll conquer any challenge that comes your way!
