Coordination Assistant

-Day to day and future scheduling

-Appointment confirmation and follow up

-Purchase, receive and tag product for customers and add an associated line item in a work order

-Schedule and coordinate trades for emergency or urgent calls

-Parts research and/ or calls to manufacturer tech support/ customer service

– Inventory control and purchasing

-Company vehicle maintenance coordination, tracking, and seasonal changeovers.

The candidate must have experience in the construction or HVAC industry.
