Job Overview We are looking for a full time applicant who will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Accounting department and administration support of management and other staff. Responsibilities & Duties · Accounting – Bookkeeping, data entry, A/P, A/R · Other administration and clerical work · Scanning / Printing · Administration work to support staff as needed · Monitoring of subcontractor agreements and other documentation Skills & Qualifications · Minimum 1 year use of Quickbooks Accounting Software · Minimum “N” driver’s license and personal vehicle · High School diploma · Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel · Excellent verbal and written skills in the English language · Be a confident, self motivated team player · The ability to multi-task and juggle multiple timelines · Be able to deal with team members in a non-confrontational manner · Take initiative and have the ability to problem solve · Organizational Skills · Positive attitude Assets · Have worked in the residential construction industry · Knowledge and use of Monday.com · Post Secondary education – Accounting If you possess these skills and qualifications, please send your resume, current references and contact information along with a brief letter of introduction outlining how you meet the prerequisites listed above, along with your availability to: apply@myhousedesignbuild.com Job ID: 37758386
