This role will give the opportunity to earn high amounts of money in a call center stable environment. We provide flexible work hours and give you all the tools for success. Benefits: · Base pay + Commission · Benefits after probation · Temporarily work from home · Fun team culture · Enhance your sales skills · Growth and advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities:Promote TELUS home solutions and mobility solutions to residential customers via outbound calls, inbound calls and referralsOffers excellence in post-sales support for TELUS products and servicesProvide exceptional customer care to our client’s customersUnderstand customer requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needsEnsure excellent customer service by communicating with the internal team, and/or appropriately transfer to the responsible department when required Schedule: Our call center operates 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. Shifts are scheduled based on a set rotation and posted 5 weeks in advance. Full-time availability is required. All successful candidates must be available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, based on business requirements Required Skills, Abilities, and Attributes:Excellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishProfessional telephone manner and literacy requiredDemonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex procedures and situations when dealing with customersMust have flexibility and willingness to move between various shiftsStrong knowledge of PCs, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is requiredHave a strong ability to take action to meet and exceed customer expectations with integrityPositive attitude and demonstrated ability to get along with othersKnowledge of the Internet, Television, and Home Phone services that TELUS offers a plusFamiliarity with voice and data/IP products and servicesAbility to pass criminal record check and over the age of 18 The career you’ve been waiting for is here!
