Job Description:Currently recruiting an experienced Personal Support Worker to support a quadriplegic male living in Surrey who requires assistance with all the Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s). This position is ideal for an individual who has experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries. Shift & Hours:Monday and Tuesday: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pmSaturday & Sunday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pmWe are looking for an applicant who is available to work all of the above shifts Compensation:$24.00 per hour$16.00 per hour training wage for 1 week of training Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):All aspects of the Activities of Daily Living such as condom catheter, showering, washroom care, dressing, groomingAssisting with the client transfersMeal preparationPerforming light housekeeping Qualifications:Experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuriesExcellent communications skillsMust have a reliable way of getting to work for 6:00 amAbility to provide a clean criminal record checkLift experienceAbility to be flexibleGood attitude and willingness to learnDrivers License and vehicle (an asset) If you are interested in any of the above shifts and meet all the required qualifications for this position, please apply directly to this job posting.
