Job Description:We are seeking a Client Liaison to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues, as well as performing clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesDraft correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform all other office tasks ​Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitask​Strong organizational skillsPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail Job ID: 27910213
