TEKsystem’s client in Vancouver is adding a Mortgage Broker to their team! They are excited to welcome someone to their skilled and well oiled team. The ideal candidiate is someone who brings energy, drive and passion to the office through their interset in the mortgage industry.

This role is best suited to someone with 1+ years of Licensed Mortgage Broker experience who is a quick learner and a team player.

Responsibilities:

• You will field calls from prospective clients from supplied leads

• You will take applications, pull credit bureaus, order appraisals

• You will submit completed applications to the Lending Committee for conditional approvals

• You will follow up with clients for closing

• You will perform follow up with multiple files

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of industry experience as a Mortgage Broker.

• Lincened as a Sub-Mortgage Broker

• Exceptional organziational and time management stills

• The ability to commute to Downtown Vancouver 5-days a week
