Job Description: Barnes Harley-Davidson Langley is looking to hire a motorcycle sales consultant for our sales department. Welcome to Barnes Garage Co. we currently operate Barnes Harley-Davidson Langley, Barnes Harley-Davidson Kamloops, Barnes Harley-Davidson Victoria, Barnes Harley-Davidson South Edmonton, and Barnes Wheaton GM South Surrey. The Barnes famiy will have been in the automotive business for 40 years, owning many different brands including GM, Nissan, Pontiac, and Harley-Davidson. The only way to we can achieve that goal is to have the best team. Responsibilities Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a motorcycle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the motorcycle authority. Know the in’s and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used motorcycles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
