Currently we are seeking for Production Associates and Warehouse Associates Production Associate Location: Richmond The Production Technician is a fast-paced position and is responsible for ensuring our product meets and exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:Setup machine operator station.Operate and monitor machine – will receive trainingMaintain accurate production records.Inspect and arrange product as it moves off the production line. Mix raw material and dump material into press hopper.Follow end of day cleaning routine and ensure the press is ready for the morning shift.Perform final quality control inspection and package finished product. Follow required procedures and Health & Safety requirements. Be punctual and reliable. Other duties as assigned. Ensuring safe lifting practices and safe stacking/packing of products. Inspecting goods while working to ensure they are damage free and correct is criticalPerforming work accurately and quickly through the handheld or terminal systems, confirming work, and reporting product or order changes/statuses. Ensuring to scan updates as soon as work is completed, including the scanning of shipments out.Dealing with customers and/or outside carriers and interacting with them in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications: Great Communication SkillsWarehouse experience, fast-paced dynamics.Experience in shipping/receiving/inventory.1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution facility operating powered lift equipmentReach/Counterbalance experience to pick and pack product/orders – preferred not required as there will be in house training.RF Scanner/minimal computer experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis.Health and Safety conscious.
