Job Description:POSITION TITLE: Route Sales Representative REPORTING TO: District Manager JOB OVERVIEW:. Our motto is, work with people you like and respect, have fun, and make some money! As an Account Representative you are responsible for driving sales and achieving sales targets. The primary focus of this role is to build solid customer relationships, drive sales growth, and brand representation. Candidates must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a safety focus with a clean driving record, and demonstrate a passion for exceeding customer expectations. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: • Managing an assigned territory of small to large size customers, including National Accounts customers • Merchandising displays per standards • Managing inventory levels to ensure customer maintains stock and product is fresh at all times • Managing inventory by ensuring it is accurately maintained and reconciled on a daily basis • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers with ongoing frequent communication • Selling and executing promotions, soliciting placement of incremental merchandising displays, and selling sufficient product inventory for customer volume demands. • Operating a Route Sales Truck and a handheld invoicing system • Loading product pending warehouse location WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TEAMMATE WITH:• Secondary education (preferred) • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience within the CPG or relatable industry (can be retail experience as well) • Valid Class 5 driver’s license mandatory with a minimum of 3 years driving experience, with a safe and clean driving record• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively build relationships • Ability to use handheld devices• Ability to understand customer needs and concerns and win their business• Exceptional administrative and time management skills • Patience and reliability, with the capability to navigate through traffic and road conditions WORKING CONDITIONS:• Driving a company van to our accounts • Lifting up to 50lbs • Working in all weather conditions • Cash handling and end of day deposits• Travel may be involved depending on some assigned route WHAT WE OFFER:We offer a competitive salary, plus: • Health and dental benefits • Bonus incentives • Training and other tools and resources for success • Advancement opportunities • Recognition programs • Fleet training Job ID: 4399992
