Job Description:ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Sales Administrator role will support the Head Conveyancer as well as all team members of the company such as the Management & Executive team. This role involves a variety of tasks, so you will never be bored! At this busy time, you will have the chance to work closely with our Head Conveyancer in the Conveyancing department. You will also have the opportunity to attend internal events such as seminars, holiday events, as well as birthday celebrations are also held throughout the year. Opportunities for growth will be provided so you can gain new skills and further build your career! ABOUT THE POSITION You will be a brand ambassador of the organization as you will be a liaison between multiple departments and with managers and real estate advisors.Read, understand, and clearly convey essential aspects of legal and business documents to lawyers and brokersProvide excellent customer service on the phone and in-personAssist the Head Sales Administrator in the Conveyancing departmentUpdate files, sales records, listingsPrepare Market statistics, update the newslettersAssist the Administrative Manager to perform daily tasks such as depositing cheques, distributing mail THE REQUIREMENTSMinimum Two years experience working in an office environmentExperience in customer service, ideally in the real estate industry but not mandatoryExceptional written and oral communication skillsAbility to accomplish multiple tasks in a timely mannerCompleted a degree in business is an asset, a focus on analytics and legal is also preferred COMPENSATION$38,000 – $42,000 per annum2 weeks of vacationCompetitive benefits package (including Medical, Dental, and Optical)Parking on-siteInternal eventsCompany Description:Redefining the real estate industry.
