You will use your expertise to:Achieves shift profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectively managing the shift in the use of company materials and suppliesManages total production labour percentages by achieving percentage of production worker labor and quality control labor established by the companyMeets quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practicesHandles formal contact with the client on a daily basisProvides training on workflow and machine operations when necessaryEnsures payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting all time clock punchesEnsures the quality of operations for shift be assisting in the achievement of goals in Audit and Deadline complianceIncrease employee retention by achieving turnover and average tenure goalsMaintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their workImproves quality of operations and improves consistence by implementing company performance and operation proceduresEnsures that location is properly staffed by matching employee skills and equipment with production demandsResponsible for effective implementation and management of Ricoh Service ExcellenceFacilitates resolution of issues concerning pricing, orders and invoicing by interacting and communicating with sales departmentMotivates employees and recognizes their accomplishments in a timely mannerClearly communicates job expectations/consequences of employees by training, cross-training, coaching, counseling, directing, evaluating the work of subordinates to increase their work output and work qualityCompletes site reports and other paperwork as necessaryResponsible for managing P&LWe’d like to review your application if you have…Must-haves (minimum requirements):High school diploma or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in a related field (Retail, Hospitality, etc.)Skills:People Management experience preferredIntermediate to advance Microsoft Office experienceSome physical effort is required, such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 poundsExperience in setting goals, defining and prioritizing specific and realistic objectivesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenPreference for:Client focused leader with a high sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple tasksTeam Leadership experienceImpeccable quality standards and attention to detailThe ability to set priorities in a dynamic work environment and make strategic decisionsThe ability to recognize obstacles, seek solutions and take initiativeWhere you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:This is a permanent positionYou will work out of our Client’s downtown office.
