THE JOB: As a B2B Trainer, you will share your program and sales expertise with all new hires to the program through facilitation of B2B training programs to meet the needs of the client and corporate channels. You will be responsible for the delivery of initial and ongoing training programs in order to enhance individual, team and company performance. In conjunction with feedback from the Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Representative, you’ll ensure ongoing improvement to the training curriculum. YOU’LL ALSO:Facilitate product, application, process and B2B sales skills training to new and existing employeesAssist in assessment of employee skills to identify training requirementsIdentify, document and communicate all performance related outcomesProvide ongoing needs assessment of B2B training content and materialsIdentify the learning requirements of specific programsWork with team to monitor effectiveness of programs and progress of traineesCommunicate frequently and effectively with business partners to ensure that goals and objectives are being fulfilledProvide feedback to business partners regarding challenge areas to improve productivity and proceduresAssist in providing a professional, creative, high-energy and thorough training experience for employeesOther special projects and duties as requested or assigned WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: You’re a charismatic individual who can command and inspire a large group with your expert level communication skills. You have a special talent for simplifying complicated information and making it interesting.
