Lead a team of 1-20 banquet staff
Help the banquet staff during service as needed.
Build a guest relationship to ensure they will be very well taken care of during their event.
Control the bar float.
Be the point of contact/decision maker when the Event Manager is not present.
Ensure proper banquet equipment inventory is maintained & well stocked.
Work closely with the Event Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and Chef to ensure all tasks are complete to run a successful event.
Responsible for holding the team accountable for the highest standard of cleanliness, timing, uniform, organization, production, and consistency.
Lead the set up & take down of all events (delegate and structure for a successful and timely set-up & take-down)
Delegate appropriate tasks while you are here and for your supervisors to complete when you leave.
Help with the scheduling of staff for the events.
Must have at least 1 year of experience
17.00 per hour and up
