The Listing Coordinator’s Primary role is to ensure each seller client receives exceptional customer service with impeccable attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities include: · Daily reporting to operations manager of tasks to be completed and client statuses · Coordinating and communicating appointments between our Clients (Home Sellers and Buyers) and our partner service providers. (photographers, measurement techs, home inspectors, signage company etc.) · Organize and maintain database –ShowingTime, lockbox, signage, floorplans, stager. · Broker-load listings onto MLS system (Pillar9), website and CRMS · Organize and maintain files on clients, ensure clients have access to documentation · Submit documents to admin to be filed to brokerage · Maintain and update checklists · Arrange brochures and “Seller Survival Kits” to property · Assume responsibility to ensure all clients have appropriate marketing material on hand, lockboxes, brochure boxes etc. · Ensure compliance with listings and keeping them current. · Update website with featured listing, video, post graphics from vendor · Client care – birthday cards, Christmas gifts, (with Transaction Coordinator) · Events coordinator/ community engagement presence · Schedule appointments · Other tasks as employer assigns · Writing listings descriptions for our properties. · Management analysis through the pre-list, coming soon and listing process. · Arranging and logging lockbox’s, keys, portable signs etc. · Handwritten thank you, anniversary, birthday and special occasion cards. · Gift basket preparation · Data entry Characteristics of the person we want:Excellent communication skills by email, phone, textFriendly and personable demeanour, but also assertive.Team player, but also excels working individuallyHonestHas a valid drivers licence and good driving record.Professional appearance and attitudeStrives for excellenceconstantly looking for efficiencies and better ways to do thingsextremely responsivePrevious experience in the real estate industry is an asset but not requiredhave a passion for serving our local communitylooking for a longer term, stable position.someone who is always learning.someone prepared to go the extra mile Salary: Salary is dependent on experience, skill set and hours worked. Previous Experience/ Education & Minimum Qualifications:Grade 12 minimum, post secondary preferredMust provide a Certified Criminal Record Check upon conditional job offer (or send with application)Experience in Real Estate Industry an assetExcellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Mac & Apple Operating Systems,Aptitude for learning other software is necessaryProficiency with CRM’s an assetExperience with WordPress, HTML an asset, but not required What’s next?
