Digital Monk Marketing is growing!! We need someone who is ambitious, personable and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking to hiring a Marketing Strategist who understands digital marketing and wants to be front and centre with the client. This human is smart, intelligent and most of all thinks outside the box. People refer to you as a word wizard. Your communication style is adaptable, clear and you love flirting with the English language.

Our ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in marketing. This position requires a can-do attitude and is willing to go over and beyond for our clients. We need someone who sees the big picture and wants to grow with us. Ideally, you are a wizard at time management and can accomplish projects within given timelines.

This Position is currently part-time with the potential to turn full –

Responsibilities:

– Create/ Write engaging and strategic content for blogs, website copy and social media posts.

– Onboarding new clients, assisting clients with joining the Digita Monk Marketing Family

– Present monthly marketing reports to clients. Note feedback and implement changes with the team.

-Develop and execute a digital strategy for our clients- a plan that increases traffic and engagement against designated targets on social and digital platforms

-Work closely with our SEO/SEM team to develop searchable content.

-Use and understand the website’s analytics to measure results and develop and recommend a future strategy

-Responsible for managing and creating an excellent digital experience across the website, social media, email campaigns, and more.

-Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, IG.

-Generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections

-increases following and drives engagement on social media

Qualifications:

-University or college certificate in digital marketing

-Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing

-Experience in developing SEO/SEM campaigns that drive awareness and generate high quality leads that convert

-Excellent project management, verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills

-Proactive problem solving and strong organizational skills

-Ability to work independently, effectively solve problems and handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Video and editing is an asset

-Photography is an asset

-Marketing experience in the Automotive Industry is an asset

Compensation is dependent on the candidate’s experience.
