Job Description:Who We Are: We are growing and looking for a dynamic, Software Savvy, Office Administrator/ Project Coordinator to work with our Team. Successful candidates will be extremely organized, resourceful, with strong attention to detail. We are a construction-based company that has been in operations for over 30 years dedicated to delivering the highest quality results through our general contracting and construction management services in Alberta & British Columbia. What We Are Looking For: Education: Post-Secondary Education with a background in Business is an Asset, Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience: Up to 3 administration years’ experience Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation. Who We Are Looking For: A person who is positive, outgoing, time-oriented, reliable, with excellent written communication skills, and is a team player (we like sports and food!). Computer Skills: Good working knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Simply Accounting. Adobe experience is considered an asset.
