Job Description:Sandal Translation Services, located at 3901 – 54 Ave NE suite 129, Calgary, Alberta T3J 3W5, is looking for a full-time Office Coordinator.Students, Youth, Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces, Visible minorities, persons with disabilities, Indigenous and Aboriginal people, Newcomers to Canada, Apprentices, and Seniors who can demonstrate the required education and work experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of the establishment. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation. Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures. Requirements:Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.Languages: English, Hindi, and Punjabi required.Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.Ability to Supervise 3-4 people.Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload.
