Closing Shift Team Lead

We are currently looking for a Closing Shift Team Lead. Working directly with the Team Supervisor, and other team members, the responsibilities are outlined below:

Accuracy with daily Inventory Reconciliation
Accuracy with Cash-Out Balancing & Reconciliation
Equipment, Fixture, & Light Facility Maintenance
Accuracy with Administrative Paper Work

Wood Fired Oven Operation & Cooking
Menu Item & Order Preparation
Ingredient & Recipe Preparation
Follow High Customer Service Standards
Train and Mentor Other Team Members
Fill and Follow Operational Checklists & Logs
Overall Kitchen Management
All other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor
Follow Organization, Health, Safety & Sanitation Standards

Availability requirement for this position is: Tuesday to Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Strong ability to communicate in English
Be engaged and hands on at all times
No Criminal Record history
Honesty is a big part of this job
Achieve & exceed goals and objectives
Lift and carry over short distances up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift
Stand for long periods of time
Previous experience in a leadership and customer service role in a fast paced, quick service restaurant environment is required. Experience in the Hotel industry a strong asset for this position.
Strong commitment to executing policy and procedures
Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
Alberta Provincial Food Safety Certification, or equivalent
Pro-Serve required for this position

Paid training
15.00 per hour = Total Compensation of $15.00 per hour (1st Month)
15.00 per hour + Performance Bonus Potential of $2.00 per hour = Total Compensation of $17 per hour (After 1st Month)
