Job Description:Reporting to the General Manager, the Account Manager Supervisor provides management to the Account Management team by directing the overall client experience. You will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring staff to ensure all client expectations are exceeded. The Account Manager Supervisor will be responsible for the following:Staffing levels for the Account Management teamDevelop and mentor others and ensure KPIs for the team are being metAct as a liaison between the lab and clients, providing both internal and internal communicationProvide prompt and complete responses to all client requestsCoach, mentor and supervise the Account Management teamAssist with building and maintaining strong client relationshipsProactively seek feedback from client and implement changes as necessaryOther duties as assigned Qualification Requirements:Required: BSc or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in a customer service rolePrevious supervisory experience would be an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skillsWorking knowledge of GMP and/or ISO17025 guidelinesAbility to multi-taskGood attention to detailAble to work in a fast-based environment to meet deadlinesWork independently and as part of a teamCompany Description:Labs-Mart Inc. is an independent third-party testing laboratory that provides analytical services to the supplement, food and cannabis industry.
