Job Description:Skuxs is one of Canada’s premier online destinations for outdoor and lifestyle goods. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, well known products to those who seek adventure outside of the concrete jungle. With offices in Edmonton, Los Angeles, China and Pakistan our team is rapidly growing, and we are in constant search of talented individuals to join our expanding organization. We are currently in need of a Key Account Manager based in Edmonton who will oversee all major accounts as well as lead major contract acquisitions and arrangements. The role is a Full-Time, Permanent role. Responsibilities:Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with a wide range of vendors.Secure exclusive contracts with a range of vendors. Organize and attend routine meetings with vendors to view product and prepare orders.Coordinate with social media team to develop and execute media strategies.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, and customer stakeholders.Attend a range of domestic and international meetings, shows and conferences to meet with current vendors and develop new account relations.Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team.Develop and execute strategic initiatives based key account metrics.Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.Formulate online strategies and opportunities to achieve the growth of skuxs.com.Work closely with internal teams to ensure ordering is done on-time while maximizing resources. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Retail and e-commerce buying experience (but willing to train the right candidate)Prior experience and working knowledge of e-commerce.Prior experience in corporate sales. Strong forecasting and financial skills.Proficiency with Excel.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Strong organizational skills.Creative problem solver and self-starter.Strong level of professionalize with ability to strategize at a high level.
