Job Description:Greeting patients immediately, in a friendly and welcoming manner Answer high volume calls and maintain a rapid response rate Take accurate information/keeping information confidential Comfortable with billing AHC, third party insurance for optometry services and products Basic knowledge of Microsoft word. Must be a team player and able to multi-task-must be a quick learner Administer eye drops and record detailed information on patient history Prepare examination room including sterilization and calibration of instruments Provide direction and information as required to patients and collect required health information prior to exam Perform diagnostic testing and other pre-exam testing required Order and maintain pre-test and office supplies as needed Update electronic records, file patient files and perform other routine clerk tasks as assigned Maintain efficient patient flow through pre-screen area and exam room ensuring patients and reception are informed of delays Assist patient in contact lens training, trials, ordering and follow up visits Participate in personal and team development training Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adhere to relevant health and safety procedures. Pre Screening included, but not limited to, autorefractor, lensometry, I-care, OCT, HVF, Optomap Must be able to work Weekends and Weekdays until 7 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour Job ID: 27723943
