Job Description:We are seeking a Regional Chef to join our team! OEB is growing and seeking a top tier Regional Chef to help redefine the breakfast culinary experience. Responsibilities:Oversee culinary operations for franchise locations within your regionCoach Chefs in your region to achieve high culinary standards, without compromiseCoach Chefs in your region to achieve labour goals and maintain strong team culturePrepare development plans and goals for stores within your regionAssist in the implementation of new menu items and menusAssist in the creation, modification and testing of recipesMenu analysis and costingStandardize recipes and plate presentationsNew store openingsReport to Director on culinary operations, goals and solutions within your regionStore reviewsConsistent travel required Qualifications:Red Seal, or previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fieldsMulti-Unit management experienceHigh volume kitchen management experienceStrong restaurant opening experienceStrong initiative and the ability to work independentlyStrong working knowledge of cost and labor systemsPassion and high excellence standards for food and cooking techniquesStrong leadership and communication qualitiesNatural coaching abilityWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and WordMust have a vehicleAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompany Description:We believe that breakfast should be bolstered by artistry and passion.Our chef-driven concept is led with soul, where the emphasis lies on the people that produce, create, serve and consume our fresh, iconic cuisine.
