Job Description:We are seeking a sUAS Business Development to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team. Responsibilities:Sales efforts for maximum business growth.Become certified trainer on drone products and provide drone training to customers.Telemarketing and cold calling to reach target customers.Provide hands on, phone or video conference training for products.Establish relationships with customers for business growth.Maintain a detailed call report of prospect and existing customers. Review detailed call report on a daily to weekly basis withAnswer phones and assist customer requests (order processing, order entry and routing customer calls to the appropriate department.Provides technical support to clients by troubleshooting equipment problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective action.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading equipment manuals and applying book knowledge to hands on experience.Ability to work unsupervised. Qualifications:Experience using drones such as DJI.Drones as a hobby is strongly recommended.Previous experience in sales and customer service.Strong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM platforms or related softwareCompany Description:MFE is HQ in Dripping Springs.
