Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a major Canadian Telecommunications company within the cybersecurity space. The successful candidate should be highly experienced in process mapping, documentation creation and partnering with stakeholders to effectively support a Privileged Identity and Access Management project. The successful candidate will interface with the product and users to create process maps and documentation. Prior experience in cybersecurity or healthcare would be relevant.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience

  • 7+ years of process mapping and documentation experience

  • experience interfacing with both product and users, conducting JAD sessions

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Able to interface with multiple teams at a given time

* Strong ability to vet out requirements and document them accordingly – Prior healthcare or cybersecurity experience

  • technical documentation experience null
