POSITION:          Data Collection / Validation Assistant – Summer Student  

DEPARTMENT:   Enterprise Asset Management

LOCATION:         North Bay       

REFERENCE:       800-20-25

SALARY:             $17.30/hour

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and validate various art and facilities assets.

  • Sort, catalogue and record art assets and artifacts.

  • Assist business unit with data gathering.

  • Support with inputting and updating data within ONTC asset management system.

  • Assist with administrative support.

  • Summer Term: May to September

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be registered for school in the Fall of 2024 and provide proof of attendance for the 2024-2025 school year

  • Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic

  • Must be committed to health and safety

  • Detail-oriented 

  • Familiar with computers

  • Works independently with little supervision

  • Willingness to travel an asset
