Randstad Digital is hiring for a Training Coordinator to support our Productivity & Performance Excellence team. We are investing in top-notch, detail-oriented, and communicative professionals . They will be responsible for administrative support for training programs and analytics.

What you get to do

  • Manage and facilitate scheduling for all PPE activities including communication with the learners on prerequisites required for trainer sessions

  • Manage attendance tracking for live sessions with the trainers

  • Collaborates with Ops Manager and internal leadership to define data analysis projects, identify appropriate data sources, and develop meaningful and actionable output to provide reliable and timely reporting

  • Monitors dashboard reporting to ensure appropriate status updates are provided for at risk producers

  • Prepares charts, graphs, and tables as requested, including periodic and ad-hoc reports for the department

  • Creating and assigning activities within the learning management system

What you need to bring:

  • 3 years of business operation customer service experience

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred

  • MS Excel or Google sheets knowledge to include basic formulas and graphing

  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives

  • Adapts quickly to frequently changing processes, guidelines, and requirements

  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions

  • Experience describing and documenting specific requirements

  • Detail-oriented with a concern for quality by continually initiating process improvements
