Job Description:Title: Bilingual Customer Service Professional ILocation: Work From HomeJob Type: 6 months Contract + possible extensionShift: 8 hour shift [ rotational shift basis with hours of operations being Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm.] Pay: $16-$17/hr T4Need fluency in French and English JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
