MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure proper new client onboardingPerform entry-level to intermediate technical interventions, root cause analysis, and provide escalation services for allRespond and resolve customer service requests within a target timeframeAssist in transitioning client information from one system to anotherSafely measure quality support/Software updates and system errors/ Interface effectively with the client during service interventions and maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction.Provide continuous knowledge growth on services and provides solutions to error messagesPropose business acumen webinars and training servicesPromote products and services that bring value to our clientsOffer technical support via email and phoneFollow up on customer interactionsEnsure client retentionOther duties and projects as assigned YOUR PROFILEProfessional phone etiquetteExceptional customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in French and EnglishAbility to problem solveTeam-orientedExcited to learn and adapt to new technologyAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentAble to grasp new concepts quickly and efficientlyHigh attention to detailStrong multi-tasking and time management skillsExperience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office 365, remote connections and Screen Cast etc..)Strong knowledge in PC hardware or software an asset JOB TYPEFull timeMust be flexible to work evening shifts when required (until 8:00 PM) * EDUCATIONAEC / DEC or Skilled Trade Certificate (Preferred) * LANGUAGEFrench and English (Required)Must be perfectly bilingual in both languages/ Written and Oral WHAT WE OFFER ( FRENCH IS A MUST!
