ICUC Social is looking for BILINGUAL social media Content Specialists to join our unique, remote team that are available to work a combination of shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be prepared for a fast-paced, self-motivated, entrepreneurial lifestyle. You will be given the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people in a fun and ever-changing industry while expressing yourself creatively. What you will do:Review, monitor, and respond to comments posted on the client’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) on behalf of the client using their unique brand voice.Craft creative content to encourage participation and increase engagement across the client’s social channels.Provide our client’s consumers/followers/fans/etc. with an excellent experience through the client’s social channels.Proactively escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels.Understand the client’s social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines, so you can communicate with customers efficiently and effectivelyEnsure the online community’s safety policies and brand guidelines are being followed by all members/followers/fans/consumers/etc. What you need:Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to adjust written tone and voice to match each individual customer.Strong written communication (spelling, grammar, etc.) in English and Canadian French.Knowledge of, experience with, and a genuine interest for content being moderated in a variety of industries.Extensive experience using all social media platforms.Experience writing, editing, and crafting engaging content in the social media space using brand voice while following established guidelines.Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.A current PC/laptop (tablets/smartphones are not compatible with our platforms) that can conduct video and audio calls.An active Facebook account.
