Client Services Representative (Portuguese/Spanish)

Job Description: About the Role: As an i2c Customer Service Representative, your responsibility will be to create world class experiences by assisting i2c card holders and clients in issues resolution with efficient and accurate answers to their inquiries and concerns. What You will Do Day-to-day: · Answer contacts, through multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat), from our card holders. · Guide and address the card holders’ issues and work to achieve succinct resolution to queries real time. · Adhere to guidelines for account confidentiality and maintain the privacy and security of all i2c, Inc. card holders and clients. · Take a dynamic approach with card holders, research inquiries using appropriate resources, reach a complete and accurate resolution while addressing future business needs to prevent card holders and clients re-contacts. · Gather information and recommend variable viable options to achieve card holders’ needs. · Balance the needs of the card holders and clients while driving loyalty and long-term value · Escalate card holders contacts as necessary. Forward clients’ feedback regarding feature requests. · Own your own learning and work to develop skills through all knowledge channels about i2c’s business and services. · Conduct occasional outbound contacts as follow up for card holders and clients as needed. · Complete various project assignments by management. Education: · High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience: · 2+ years’ experience within a call center environment. · Excellent communication skills, both oral and written {English, Spanish}, {Portuguese, English, Spanish}, {English, Portuguese} Proficiency in English. · Technical or Product Support · Credit Card and Debit Card services industry · Minimal Fraud Experience Additional Skills: · Comfortable working in a high pressure, target-driven and fast paced environment. · Skill with telephone sales techniques specifically up-selling additional products/solutions · Ability to multitask using multiple systems. · Ability to manage time effectively and to meet attendance procedures to include a minimum of 40 hours weekly with shifts that include various days and hours. · An excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. · Proficiency with Teams, Internet, and a good knowledge-based system.Company Description:i2c Inc. drives innovation to the global digital payments and open banking industry with a multi-function platform built for endless possibilities.
