Your role
Greet customers warmly and ensure a good customer experience
Assist customers in consulting products online.
Maintaining customer orders with the team.
Experience with customer social media and content generation
Strong creative and analytical skills
Collect customer requirements of products.
Follow the service policies and order procedures on products.
Job Requirements
The qualifications we are looking for
Ability to service customers’ requests with company products.
Phone call service with the customers
Ability to work within a team
Ability communication with Customers
 Ability to speak fluent English/French
 Ability to work 40 hours per week
