Greet customers warmly and ensure a good customer experience
Assist customers in consulting products online.
Maintaining customer orders with the team.
Experience with customer social media and content generation
Strong creative and analytical skills
Collect customer requirements of products.
Follow the service policies and order procedures on products.
The qualifications we are looking for
Ability to service customers’ requests with company products.
Phone call service with the customers
Ability to work within a team
Ability communication with Customers
Ability to speak fluent English/French
Ability to work 40 hours per week

Customer service or marketing sales: 1 year (preferred)
