Job Description:We are presently seeking a bilingual customer service/order desk agent to assist clients with incoming orders or questions about the line of products. Duties and responsibilities: Answer incoming calls or email regarding client orders, status, shipments etc Update customer files Provide timely solutions Ensure product lists are accurate Data entry Qualifications: Must be bilingual spoken (French and English) Minimum of 1 year in a similar customer service or order desk role Demonstrated customer service skills Mathematical and calculation skills Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced level) This is a temporary to become permanent role Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30 Conveniently located near mtro Assomption Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Job Types: Temporary, Permanent Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Job ID: 16061239
