Ensure proper new client onboarding
Perform entry-level to intermediate technical interventions, root cause analysis and provide escalation services for all
Respond and resolve customer service requests within a target timeframe
Assist in transitioning client information from one system to another
Safely measure quality support/Software updates and system errors/ Interface effectively with the client during service interventions and maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Provide continuous knowledge growth on services and provides solutions to error messages
Propose business acumen webinars and training services
Promote products and services that bring value to our clients
Offer technical support via email and phone
Follow up on customer interactions
Ensure client retention
Other duties and projects as assigned

Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office 365, remote connections and Screen Cast etc..)
Strong knowledge in PC hardware or software an asset
Must be flexible to work evening shifts (until 8:00 PM) or Also a Tuesday to Saturday shift per month.
French and English (Required)
Must be perfectly bilingual in both languages/ Written and Oral
