We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Food and Beverage Team Leader to work at La Grand Roue de Montreal’s Coffee shop, Bistro and Terrace. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule (Weekends, holidays, and evenings) according to business needs. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Food and Beverage (F&B) Team Leader is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the F&B Department and provide optimal service towards guests in the coffeeshop, bistro, terrace, and drink bars of La Grande Roue de Montréal, while following the set quality, hygiene, and hospitality standards. The position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Receiving instructions and providing services and products to guests that meet the set standards. · Carrying administrative tasks, such as updating the cash register system for new prices and products, cancellations of sale transactions, etc. · Working on the different F&B stations and is fully knowledgeable about the job duties of each one of them. · Ensuring a safe and clean workplace and compliance to safety, hygiene, and quality regulations. · Assisting on the maintenance of equipment and machinery in the workplace and follows on the safety measures provided by the supervisor. The successful candidate will possess the following skills/attributes: · A strong commitment to customer service · Reliable and a team-player · Able to work under pressure · 1-3 years of experience with food & beverage services and or in a similar role · Fluent in both French and English · MAPAQ training is preferred Only selected candidates will be contacted.
