Job Description: Reporting to the Director and the HR Manager in Denmark, the Retail Recruiter will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition and Human Resources functions. Our client is a rapidly growing retail company. They are looking to formalize and streamline their recruiting efforts and HR department. If you have experience in retail and recruiting, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! This role will support the talent attraction / recruiting for retail and will play a key role in the success of the recruitment process, sourcing and creating a candidate pipeline for the retail stores while delivering on staffing goals. Responsibilities: · Responsible for proactive sourcing, recruiting, screening, and recommending internal and/or external candidates to hiring managers. · Work with management to understand hiring needs. · Create a seamless hiring process to support the employee engagement journey. · Execute job search and engage with potential applicants. · Interview applicants using standard techniques. · Complete pre-employment and new-hire paperwork with candidates. · Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process. · Support HR Manager in other related duties as assigned.
