Job duties include but not limited too:
Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
Maintain quality control for all food served.
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
Schedule activities (including shifts) for the restaurant’s staff according to the restaurant’s standards or guidelines.
Ensure proper uniform of staff at all times.
Decide on reward and promotion based on performance.
Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant.
Maintain and order inventory as required.
Communicate with management team and provide updates and bring attention to concerning matters.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as restaurant supervisor.
