For our Assistant Kitchen Managers (Sous Chefs), that growth presents opportunities to grow into Kitchen Manager and eventually operations/regional management-level roles, travel to open locations in new markets, with a special focus on training, developing and mentoring future leaders.

What We Offer:

Compensation Breakdown:

  • Base salary is $45,000 – $55,000, depending on experience and performance.

  • Tip-share amount for KMs is approximately $10,000 per year – with arguably the best tip sharing system for cooks you’ve ever seen.

  • Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary + tips.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience.

  • Warm, friendly, focused, professional, inclusive disposition and presence.
