Job Description :
Our Bartenders take pride in their food, wine and spirit knowledge. They build relationships with their guests and are often asked for by name. They display natural showmanship, have great communication skills and an eye for detail. A Bartender receives beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner. They also communicate beverage descriptions and modifications with team members to ensure guests receive their requested beverage.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Head Bartender)
• Responsible for the proper oversight and operation of patio
• Responsible for overall Member satisfaction by providing an elevated dining experience
• Supervise service and support staff
• Opening and closing the bar in accordance with established bar procedures
• Receive all beverage orders and maintain organization of liquor, beer and wine storage areas
• Order / refill inventories weekly
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned by owner
• Train new employees
• Responsible for scheduling shifts (weekly)

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements (Head Bartender) :
• 3+ years experience bartending in a high volume establishment
• 2+ years experience with beverage program administration, including ordering, receiving, invoicing and inventory practice
• Knowledge of all cocktails (2+ years experience)
• Proficient in Touchbistro & POS systems
• Experience being a proven team leader
• Organized, detail oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Personable and highly professional attitude
• Must be able to lift 30lbs
• Must have full availability and be willing to work nights, weekends and some holidays
• Must have SmartServe certificate
• First Aid & CPR certificates are recommended (no required)
