RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets Must adhere to all safety rules Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need Explain the benefits of newer high efficient equipment to the customer Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard To ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance. You will be responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service-oriented team. You will be responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent. Must have Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license. Must have 313d or 313a license Must have a valid ODP certificate 3+ years of HVAC experience a considerable asset Must adhere to all safety rules. Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need. Explain the benefits of newer high efficient equipment to the customer. Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard. Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License. Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets. Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required. Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications. Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity). Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform. COMPENSATION: Hourly rate. Starting base salary is in the mid sixties. Standard work week is 37.5 hours and overtime is available and can be used to enhance earnings. Excellent benefits.
