You will be responsible for building and managing day-to-day reporting used to track marketing performance across paid and organic digital channels throughout our marketing funnel. You will also work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization as well finding new acquisition channels to drive growth.Job Responsibilities:Reporting: Own the dashboards and reporting that tracks and assess marketing funnel metrics all while finding optimization opportunitiesAcquisition: Assist with uncovering new lead acquisition opportunities and enhancements using data and insightsInsight Delivery: Analyze and identify trends from marketing channel performance data as well as preparation of monthly insights reviewCampaign Reporting: Own ongoing campaign measurement, cost analysis, and post campaign analysis to make recommendations on optimizations based on your findingsData Visualization: The ability to present data in a way that tells compelling stories that influences the business and drivesAdHoc: Support the broader marketing team via data analysis, insight delivery, and a/b test design and reportingJob Skills & Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field2-3 years experience as a marketing analystExcellent analytical skills with the ability to use large datasets and extract relevant insightsFamiliarity with statistical and mathematical models with an understanding of marketing fundamentalsPassion for numbers and analytics while being able to present concise and clearlyExpert with MS Excel and PowerPointExperience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and MicroStrategy Preferred:Knowledge of software applications including SAS and SPSSExperience with data visualization toolsExperience with Google Tag ManagerInclusion and Equal Opportunity Employmentgoeasy is an equal opportunity employer.
