Job Description:Good to Great Solutions is currently looking for highly motivated professionals to fill our Entry Level Management Trainee Position. Our Marketing firm is currently working on several large campaigns and we are looking to expand our team to tackle them. This position will involve an apprenticeship style experience. Starting in marketing and sales leading into a leadership development program to learn all aspects of running a marking firm within 9-12months. Compensation on all positions is based on skill and experience. This position is NOT suggested for senior managers unless you are willing to start entry level and grow back into senior role within the first year. Key Responsivities: – Partake in training classrooms daily to advance your career – Assist with maintaining customer acquisitions – Assist in campaign development – Assist in increasing brand awareness – Contribute to sales marketing strategy development – Positively communicate with team members and customers – Take on leadership responsibilities and networking skills – Manage a Direct marketing team while providing training, motivation and developing them to ensure a high standard of performance.
