Established Toronto based HVAC contactor seeks Office Administrator with bookkeeping experience.

Job Overview:
– Managing the accounts receivable
– Managing the accounts payable
– Answering the phones and relaying info to technicians
– Obtaining quotes from suppliers
– Sending quotes to customers
– Other administrative duties as required

– Sage or Quickbooks accounting software experience is beneficial
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
– Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
– Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
– High level of attention to detail
– Good judgement and decision-making skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Administrative Duties:
– Answering phones
– Opening Mail
– Scheduling
– Interacting with customers and suppliers
