Job Description:Seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow its clinical customer base. Customers will not just be purchasing a medical device, but will be adding a new revenue opportunity to their clinic. If you are comfortable in technical and medical environments, and skilled at selling a financial opportunity to clients this could be the opportunity for you. The Role This position requires a sales professional that can work independently to sell Stepscan® to clinics and hospitals. · This is primarily a commission based “hunting” role, although it is also responsible for generating license renewals from existing customers. The role also requires: · Preparation of sales forecasts and sales plans · Client relationship management · Qualifying of potential clients at hospitals, clinics, doctor’s offices, research centers and rehab facilities · Preparation of weekly, monthly reports on sales activities as needed · Preparation of sales quotes and contracts · Post-sale follow up (installation, training and minor product repairs) · Attendance at key conferences and tradeshows, as well as the collection of market intelligence such as market trends and competitor activity within the territory The Ideal Candidate Will… · Be deeply passionate and motivated to work in the Healthcare/Medical Device space · Have 5-7 years of B2B sales experience selling technical products and services · Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal · Exercise sound judgement and problem solving skills with a mind for business; you are selling a business opportunity · Be resilient with a positive attitude and commitment to success; you will need to prove these skills in the interview · Be confident and articulate when working with highly educated end-users · Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a business development role · Have a background in physical therapy: pedorthics, physiotherapy and/or biomechanics or other allied health services · Have experience in preparing, presenting and negotiating technical proposals · Have experience in using CRM tools · Have completed Sandler sales training or other formal sales training What This Opportunity Offers · You will be helping build a business that has the potential to have a positive effect on peoples lives, and help clinicians increase their profitability · A generous and competitive commission plan with the potential to earn $120,000.00+ annually, medical benefits, 3 weeks paid time off to start · Travel allowance · Work from home with flexible hours · Unlimited opportunity for personal and professional growth Candidates from across Canada are welcome to apply as this is a remote opportunity.
