So, Are You In?Job Description Our In-House Agency is known for getting things done under all circumstances; regardless of the situation, we figure out a way to deliver all projects to a portfolio of leading global sports and entertainment brands. The Video Production & Editing team is an integrated creative and production team that handles tasks such Content capture, Linear content, video production for Linear & Digital platforms in small (:06) to long format(:60). We work in tandem with the Account team to meet creative needs of all kinds. You will work in close collaboration with other key personnel on the creative team (creative director, art directors, motion gfx, producers, editors, camera and production and post-production) and the Account team to ensure flawless delivery of Video & Edit projects for our various brands in terms of both quality and quantity. You will be responsible for capacity planning the people, projects, time, and budget along with evaluating and assigning resources to meet specific needs, from scheduling our 8 Edit bays, to orchestrating the delivery of video elements such as TV commercials, Game presentation features, TV Programs for Networks, Digital content, and integrated media as requested by various departments. With an integrated communications approach, you are a thought leader in a creative agency with the end goal of achieving breakthrough and compelling multi-platform creative and advertising. You will lead large interactive projects ensuring all projects are kept organized and properly resourced from start to delivery. RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and Manage the Editor schedule across Network & Marketing (75% of the role).Liaison with Producer on all edit requests.Know delivery dates of all Network shows and projects.Find creative ways for revisions with editors and track work appropriately in the project management system.Receive and track all invoices pertaining to Post Production.Once the invoices have been coded, submit to AP and track in the cost monitor so they are ready to be presented monthly.Be first point of contact for Freelance Editor hires to track where their invoices are with AP.Create monthly calendar of all post-production needs to ensure Production Manager and Director of Production are up to date.Understand the scope of every project going through post-production and be able to communicate the needs and project manage.Create and maintain weekly schedule in production office for all Producers and Production Manager to see when projects are edited.Assign Editors on project management system and chase editors to put their hours so projects can be closed when completed.Work in tandem with the Production Specialist to see what projects are coming from Production to Post Production.Create good relationships with Producers to help push projects through and offer solutions to last minute requests.QualificationsA degree in a related field or any other specialized program that is relevant to the job (training in management, post-production, motion Video/Edit, digital or TV production, etc.)1-2 years of experience as a production or post-production coordinator or supervisor, studio lead, motion Video & Edit or production project manager or other relevant experience, preferably in the field of media, digital or Video productionKnowledge of Suite Adobe CC (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Cinema4D, HTML5) software and WorkFront is an assetExcellent team player with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of the video and edit process and capacity to evaluate and develop creative concepts (balance, simplicity and clarity)Excellent ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with very tight deadlines, strong capacity to handle stress and demonstrated ability to adapt to changeAdditional Information Please apply by: April 22.
