Responsibilities:Being a brand ambassador in your community you will establish, develop and maintain positive business & customer relationships.Become product experts and learn strategic marketing techniques.Face-to-face presentation and communication of TELUS products to customers in mall, residential and special events settings.Coordinate with our World Class Sales Managers, Team Leads, and fellow Sales Executives.Supporting TELUS Marketing Campaigns.Follow industry trends to identify new opportunity for potential sales.Maintain professional and technical knowledge be attending educational workshops, meetings, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies and advanced training as required.Generate and update customer information and sales report in existing accounts.Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.Complete sales training modules and product knowledge training.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.Contribute to the positive and motivating atmosphere that our diverse team already promotes. Qualifications:Effective interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English.A seeker of learning and has ability to anticipateEnergetic, self-motivated, customer service oriented, competitive and a team player!The ability and desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.Prior Sales Experience (preferably outside sales with a hunter mentality) an asset but not mandatory.Strong negotiation skills.
