Job Description:At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.ResponsibilitiesThe Service Advisor supports the Shop Manager in the optimization of the shop’s retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service, including:Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customersAnswer telephone calls, emails and book appointments all while delivering exceptional customer service Increase and optimize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals QualificationsGeneral automotive knowledge1 year experience in the automotive industryExcellent customer service skillsGood communication skillsTeam-building skillsValid driver’s licenseAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidaysAbility to work at different Midas locations If you are experienced in automotive with excellent customer service skills, then this job is for you!
