Description

We are currently looking for a results-driven Manager, Project Management to join our innovative, growing company. The North American Project Management team is responsible for establishing the foundation for all integrated projects- from critical path development, to budget development, to vendor administration; they are responsible for the end to end delivery of a project across all services & departments. They ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and in compliance with all Mosaic and client requirements. The Manager, Project Management will be responsible for supporting in the creation of the foundation for bringing our integrated projects to life. They will own the vendor administration and compliance for a set of projects and/or brand. They will work closely with the Senior Manager, Project Management to support the profitability, scope management and on-time delivery of those projects.

Essential Functions :

  • Google Workspace & Microsoft Proficiency

  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Google Workspace tools for efficient project management and collaboration.

  • WBS Management for Campaigns

  • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for various campaigns to ensure clarity and effective project execution.

  • Responsible for managing project files, documentation, and operational ownership.

  • Schedule and facilitate executive reviews, conduct weekly status meetings, manage creative reviews, and refine meeting notes and communications.

  • Event Planning and Logistics:

  • Lead event planning efforts, including logistics coordination, leveraging a background in events to ensure successful execution.

  • Visual Support and Asset Management:

  • Provide support for visual assets, including asset management, version control, storyboarding, and UI/UX considerations.

  • Partnership Management

  • Manage partnerships, ensuring rights and usage compliance while fostering positive relationships.

  • General

  • Internal department collaboration

  • Continuous Improvement – Project Operations ways of working

  • Supports Senior Project Manager in creation and implementation of departmental tools/templates

  • Contributor to the agency’s culture, vision, and direction

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Salesforce experience preferred
