As an Atlassian, you will configure, customize, and maintain Jira workflows to optimize team efficiency across Program. As a dynamic teammate focused on supporting our end users to do their best work, we seek someone passionate about optimizing project management tools and processes. In addition to Jira, you will handle Confluence spaces, templates and coordinate content.

Responsibilities

•Build custom Jira workflows and projects.

•Utilize groovy / other scripting methods for automation.

•Gather project requirements and maintain SLA’s

•Handle multiple Jira Service Desk projects.

•Maintain our Confluence instance.

•Continually review current processes to revolutionize our approaches while consistently seeking improvements.

•Create and maintain dashboards and reports.

•Experience migrating Jira tenants.
